   Press on empty space and move
   

   Rotates whole graph in 3D
   

   Press on node and move
   

   Translates single non-selected node.
   

   Single click on node
   

   Selects and highlights or deselects (if it was selected before) single node.
   

   Single click on empty space
   

   Deselects all previously selected nodes and return to initial state.
   

   Mouse-Right

   Click on empty space
   

   Shows drop-down menu
   

   Mouse weel

   Zoom
   

   Zooms whole graph structure in or out
   

   Shift + Mouse-Left

   Press on and move
   

   Rotates whole graph in XY plane or zoom
   

   Alt + Mouse-Left

   Press on and move
   

   Selects group of nodes by rectangle
   

   Click on target node
   

   Selects and highlight node and it's first neighbours
   

   Click on empty space
   

   Defines center of selected nodes as default rotation center.
   Move whole graph structure in accordance with new center.
   If no nodes are selected - center of whole graph will be defined.
   

   Ctrl + Mouse-Right

   Press on and move
   

   Translates whole graph in XY plane
   

   Alt + Shift + Mouse-Left

   Press on and move
   

   Selects group of nodes by circle
